**Ninety-day reporting can be done by someone else. You do NOT have to be there. Only make sure you sign your name in the form to be submitted and give the person your passport.**
**Ninety-day reporting can be done up to 14 days before and 7 days after the appointment date.**
OLD SYSTEM
1. Fill out the form called TM.47 (ตม.47) and sign your name. Write your name and nationality on the bottom section of the form as well. The form can be obtained at the immigration office or click here to download it.
2. Go to the immigration office, having your passport ready. Take a number and wait.
3. Submit the TM.47 form along with your passport. The officer will put a stamp on bottom part of the form for your next 90-day-report visit to the immigration office, and you're done!
1. When you do your 90-day report next time, the system will change. An officer will check your passport and ask you if the address you put in the TM.47 form is correct. Then your name and address will be printed on the TM.47 form that he/she prints out from the computer.
2. You take that A4-size form with you and hold on to it as though your life depended on it. If you lose it, you'll have to go to a police station and file a loss report before you can go back to the immigration office to report your address in the next 3 months.
3. On the day to do your next 90-day report, sign your name and submit the form with your passport. If you address has changed, though, make the correction in the form before submitting it.
4. Then you get your next 90-day report appointment with the due date on it. And you're done!
